Data and purpose
We process your name, email, phone, company, message and submitted project details, including budget or schedule. We also store the reference, time, language, division and a technical anti-abuse identifier. We use this information to handle enquiries and operate the website securely.
Legal basis
For an individual's pre-contractual enquiry we rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Business representative communications and website protection rely on legitimate interests under point (f). Required fields are needed to handle the enquiry; marketing consent is not required.
Access and retention
Authorised MEXCOR staff handle enquiries in an internal system on servers in Germany. Technical recipients are the server hosting provider and email provider Websupport. Website enquiry records are deleted 24 months after their last activity. Contractual and accounting records have separate retention periods based on purpose and legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact mexcor@mexcor.sk. You may complain to a supervisory authority. We do not use the forms for automated decision-making or profiling.
Map on the Contact page
The map is rendered with the Leaflet library hosted on our own server. Map tiles are loaded from the OpenStreetMap Foundation servers (tile.openstreetmap.org), which processes your IP address when serving them under its own privacy policy. The map uses no cookies and no tracking.
